科技處理日常工作

我們的專有 SaaS 平台使用人工智能分流來件、把上載發票轉為日記帳分錄、建立各公司的合規日曆並協助 KYC 篩查。我們的人員把時間用於專業判斷，而非資料輸入。

持牌、受監管、真實可靠

客戶在香港成立公司時，公司秘書服務由合作夥伴 TrueLinks Limited（牌照號碼 TC011093）根據第615章持牌提供；其他地區如須牌照，我們則透過持牌本地合作夥伴工作。接受監管監督，不走灰色地帶。

不斷擴展的版圖

總部設於香港，在深圳及廣州營運，於北京設有戰略聯盟，並計劃於2027年在新加坡及加利福尼亞州設立辦事處。同事以粵語、普通話及英語工作，配合客戶時區。
