VineModa · 先達出海

One path forward.

Story

Start to scaling, gateway to global. VineModa(先達出海)began with a simple observation. Any company expanding beyond its home market needs, in order: a company in the right jurisdiction, protection for its brand, and the means to grow.

Where it started

Why we began.

Each of those needs was served by a different firm — a secretarial agent who worked by email and paper, an IP specialist who appeared only after the account was frozen, a consultant who wrote a report and handed it over. None of them talked to each other. The client carried the friction, the cost and the risk.

We built VineModa to collapse that fragmentation into one accountable partner.

One integrated path

Incorporate. Protect. Scale.

From day one we are licensed where licences are required. In Hong Kong, company secretarial services are delivered by our partner TrueLinks Limited (Licence No. TC011093), a Trust or Company Service Provider licensed under Cap. 615; in Singapore, the US, the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the offshore centres, we work with licensed local partners wherever a licence is required. Together we form companies, provide registered offices and company secretarial services, keep the books and coordinate audits — with published prices and the client's records visible around the clock.

When the brand needs guarding, our experts are already in the room: trademark registration before launch, and a partner-led Schedule A / TRO defense practice with named, verifiable case records in the US federal courts where these cases concentrate.

And when the business is ready to grow, the same portal opens onto nine expert domains — governance, finance, cross-border commerce and e-commerce operations, IP, banking, insurance, wealth, trusts and HR — staffed by senior practitioners who have done the work themselves.

Strategy through delivery

Consultants who can also execute.

Most advisory firms tell you what to do. Most agencies do a narrow task without knowing why. VineModa does both, because we hold the licences, operate the platform and employ the people to carry a client from strategy to delivery. Every engagement runs through our proprietary SaaS portal — CorpVault for corporate services today, Shield for TRO cases soon — where AI handles the routine work of routing mail, turning invoices into ledgers, building compliance calendars and screening KYC, and our people spend their time on judgment.

How we earn trust

Trust is the product.

In cross-border services the client cannot see the work being done, so trust is the thing we actually sell. That conviction shaped the way we operate: a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee on our Hong Kong company secretarial and bookkeeping services; government fees passed through at cost; a registered address at property we own in Hong Kong and licensed local partners elsewhere; frontline staff empowered to fix problems without escalation; and the habit of telling clients about a problem before they notice it. We describe our roadmap the same way — services and locations that are not yet live are clearly marked as planned, under construction or in development, so you always know what is available today and what is still to come.

Where we are going

Where we are, and where we are going.

Today we operate from Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Guangzhou, with a strategic alliance in Beijing, and we form and administer companies across more than a dozen jurisdictions worldwide. In 2027 we plan to open in Singapore and California, because a client choosing a corporate services partner is choosing a decade-long relationship, and a partner who will be there when the client arrives is worth more than one who won't.

Great service starts with trust. We would like to earn yours.
