VineModa Service Practice

Company Secretary.

Corporate governance, statutory records and ongoing entity compliance across jurisdictions.

Corporate, financial and fiduciary services for enterprises operating across borders—delivered under Hong Kong SAR regulatory supervision, extended worldwide through our long-term partner network and run end to end on our proprietary SaaS platform.

The practice

An integrated
overview.

Incorporation is only the beginning of a company's legal life. Annual returns, registers, board approvals, ownership changes and licence renewals must remain accurate throughout the year.

Our Company Secretary practice provides one accountable governance function for operating companies, holding structures and multi-entity groups, led through TrueLinks Limited's licensed Hong Kong SAR TCSP framework (Licence No. TC011093) and coordinated with qualified partners elsewhere.

Scope of work

What we do.

Licensed where a licence is required, expert where judgment is required and software-driven where transparency is required.

01

Company incorporation, registered office and statutory company-secretary appointments.

02

Maintenance of registers of members, directors, controllers, charges and beneficial ownership.

03

Annual returns, business registration renewals and recurring Companies Registry filings.

04

Board and shareholder resolutions, meeting records and corporate approvals.

05

Changes to directors, shareholders, share capital, company names, addresses and constitutional documents.

06

Group compliance calendars and governance reviews for multi-jurisdiction structures.

Across borders

Global reach.

Our company-secretarial network is deliberately open-ended. We coordinate incorporations and ongoing administration in Hong Kong SAR, China, Singapore, the United Kingdom, the UAE, the United States and the European Union, as well as BVI, Cayman, Australia, Indonesia, New Zealand and other requested jurisdictions. Local regulated work is performed by the appropriately licensed firm while VineModa remains the central point of contact.

One platform · Under continuous development

How we deliver.

CorpVault holds constitutional documents, registers, resolutions, filings and correspondence in one permission-controlled record. Statutory deadlines populate automatically, documents are executed through DocVerify and incoming government correspondence is scanned, classified and assigned to the responsible team member.

Fees & consultation

Across all practices, our fees are either published in advance or confirmed in writing before work begins. Government disbursements are passed through at exact cost with no markup. Because Hong Kong SAR levies no VAT or GST, our Hong Kong SAR figures are final as stated, with local taxes on partner-delivered services disclosed in the quotation. We assess each client's structure and objectives, then propose the most compliant and cost-effective path forward.

Professional standing

This material is general information, not professional advice. TrueLinks Limited (Licence No. TC011093) is licensed as a Trust or Company Service Provider under Cap. 615, and audit and tax work is delivered by independent licensed CPA firms. Any other service requiring a licence, permit or professional registration is provided only after the relevant authorisation has been obtained or through a partner firm holding it; we do not offer regulated services without the necessary authorisation.

Partners & platform

Services outside Hong Kong SAR are delivered through appropriately licensed partner firms. Platform features include live functionality under improvement and planned modules not yet released; all remain under continuous development and may be modified, added or withdrawn.
